- Shipping & Delivery
- BwiPlumbing. is not responsible for damage or loss to a shipment by a freight carrier. Check shipments for damage before acceptance. For other than prepaid and allowed shipments, consignee is responsible for filing a claim with the freight carrier for any and all damages or loss. In such cases return of damaged goods will not be authorized. Additional time is required on special orders, large orders, or items not stocked. Out of stock items are back ordered and shipped when received. BwiPluming is not responsible for delays due to conditions beyond our control. Orders will be delayed or not processed where accounts are found delinquent and no arrangements have been made to settle account. FedEx is the desired carrier.

- BwiPlumbing is the sole owner of information collected on this site to purchase products and services from BwiPlumbing.com. We will not sell, share or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address and payment information, such as your credit/debit card number. You have the option of creating an account with a username and password for future access to your account information and order history. To safeguard your username and password, DO NOT share them with anyone. If you do not want to create an account you may checkout as a guest. You will still be required to provide information relevant for processing your order but do not need to create a username and password for future visits.You have the option of registering for an account while placing an order with us. Having an account is useful if you intend to place future orders or use advanced store functionality, like writing product reviews. Accountholders can track orders on our website, save their shopping cart, check order history, setup returns and store multiple shipping addresses. Information collected during account registration and checkout includes first and last name, billing and shipping address, email address and telephone number. This information is used to provide you with important BwiPlumbing.com services such as automated order status updates via email.
- Returns & Replacements
- No material shall be returned without authorization. Customers are responsible for freight on returned items. When credit is issued it will be at the price charged, or prevailing price if lower, less handling charges based on the costs of reconditioning, boxing, etc. However, a minimum 25% handling charge will apply when returning items past 30 days from purshase date. Products which are obsolete or made to special order are not returnable. Commercial and residential RO systems which have been installed may not be returned under any circumstances. If customers claim returns are due to company error, the burden of proof is the customers” responsibility. If the matter cannot be resolved by telephone / email, customer may elect to return merchandise by prepaid freight for inspection, so the matter may be further investigated. If Company agrees we are in error, return freight costs will be credited or refunded to customer.
- Ordering
- Orders for special or modified products are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
- Payment, Pricing
- Products are sold at prices currently in effect at time of order. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time, without notice and without updating published material at our website or in print. Except as otherwise stated in any attachment, terms are net due upon purchase. Payment method will be credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or Paypal.
- Viewing Orders
- Orders can be viewed under customers account when logged in.
